They are reporting that due to the misidentification by the FBI of a fingerprint, the court ordered the material witness proceeding dismissed. The court ordered all property seized to be returned to him. I think this guy is up to his neck in involvement with some very bad people and is connected to a Mosque they are carefully watching in the greater Portland area, but since the fingerprint was the basis of the government's case, I have a feeling this will not be going any further.
I wonder if they got any information from him during those two weeks that he was held? Feds also seized material from the mosque if I recall. It might go further behind the view of the public for awhile.
