No it is not, that was issued in the Revolutionary War era,Triangular Bayonets like the one pictured are banned by the Geneva Convention.
It is British, though.
Sharp edged bayonets are also banned. They can legally be used only to stab, not slash - a slash is more painful and hard to patch up.
How many vets and active duty types are war criminals for carrying sharp edged bayonets?
Must be why the ChiComs mount them on their version of the AK (and the SKS for that matter, I just happen to have a pre-import ban Chinese "SKS", with the bayonet (Although I couldn't tell you just where the bayonet might be at the moment, unless I actually put it back on the rifle :) )
