The Al-Qaeda terror network views Canada as a legitimate target because it is a "selfish" nation committing "terrorism" against Muslims around the world, an unofficial spokesman for jihadists waging holy war against the West said Friday.

The most amazing Frontline documentary about the Khadrs aired on PBS stations a few weeks ago. The story of Abdurahman Khadr is really something that needs to get out.
This kid was actually raised by one of Al Qaeda's top fundraisers/strategists and somehow managed to emerge as a CIA spy.
It really is remarkable that the rest of his family-who brag about their father's heinous actions-were allowed to return to Ontario.

This is bad news for Canada. They are obviously a much softer target than the US for one, secondly they are within immediate proximity and thus would cause a sizeable 'ripple' politically (it is like the mob making a hit on your neighbor), and finally in Al Queda's eyes Canada is 'American enough' to do for now.
Bad combination for the Canucks, especially when they do not have the funds to fix their Sea Kings let alone fending of Queda.
God protect them.

an unofficial spokesman for jihadists waging holy war against the West said Friday. Isn't "unofficial spokesman" just journalese for "some guy"? How do you get the job? What distinguishes the unofficial spokespersons from the official spokespersons? Do they get paid a living wage with full health insurance? If not, will John Kerry denounce Al-Qaeda as a Benedict Arnold employer? (or at least, get his speechwriters to do it for him?)

Even Michael Moore says Canada deserves bombing. Actually, I'm pretty sure Michael Moore IS the "unofficial spokesman for jihadists waging holy war against the West."

You cannot make this sh*t up!
Here we have poor Canada with its gaggle of shameless leftist looney politicians who are attempting to keep a low profile in the War on Terror and once again they are outed by some deodorant challenged sheep humper who the media proudly calls an 'unofficial spokesman for jihadists'
I now await Canada's next step which will undoubtedly be some Canadian politician's offer to negotiate with Al-Qaeda. Of course the sticking point in these negotiations may be the fact that Al-Qaeda wants to kill every non-Muslim in Canada including, unfortunately, the Canadian negotiating committee.

We would invad Canada in a heartbeat if they tried to get frisky there.
Canadians would welcome us then.

The Canadians have been going full speed astern to stay out of this.
It would appear there is no such thing as staying out of tha war on terrorism. Spain thinks they have bought their way out with that troop withdrawal, but time may tell otherwise.

We would invad Canada in a heartbeat if they tried to get frisky there. We shouldn't invade "in a heartbeat," wait until winter when all the snowbirds head south in Winnabagos, THEN we should be able to just walk in and arrest everyone that's left ;)
