and where is the concern over anger on the "American Street"? The Middle East is not condeming this crap and only see it as a distraction to their American bashing of the last couple of weeks. I think its time for the "Arab Street" to have a little more concern over the anger of the "American Street".

what they did to that 26 yr old hero...

This is a good read....points well made....

..but to call this young man who was definitely in the wrong place at the wrong time....a ..hero...is way out of line.

My heart hurts for what he went through, and I grieve with his family....

..but our heroes are those in American uniforms fighting to protect us from thugs & terrorists like this!!!!!

The word hero is too carelessly thrown around!

This is an evil like no other in our history, a powerful enemy who is bent on doing to all of us, what they did to that 26-year-old hero.

The poor guy probably didn't even mean to be a hero, but that's beside the point. Watching those subhumans screaming "Allah akbar" while they cut his head off tells you all you need to know about them and their "religion." They're evil, and it's evil, too.

Hero? I have to take exception to that term in Mr. Berg's case. Victim, yes...hero,no.

Yes there will be, but directed at the U.S. and President Bush instead of the monsters that murdered him.

Tell Me, Where Is the Liberal Anger About Nick Berg?

Two problems:
1.) He was a supporter of the war and President Bush.
2.) He was a JOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

After we take care of the Muslims, we have to fix the meddling leftist press and their invidious agenda.

We are too busy worrying about whether or not having a native American as a mascot for a sports team is racist.

This country will not wake up until we start having Madrid style bombings on a continuous basis here. 3000 innocents in NY apparently was just a bump in the road.

We are too soft. Americans have no idea what is in store for them if we cut and run.

Where is the outrage? We can't get mad... it's not politically correct.

What liberal anger? How can Berg's murder be spun to the best interests of the anti-American, neocommunists? In fact, it weakens that left wing, liberal drone because it takes attention away from the dead horse they were beating.

The scumbag kerrorists use only those things they can turn into political advantage. They are lying crap weasels whose evry word and motivation must be questioned.

This is an evil like no other in our history

We've faced this kind of evil before: the Japanese Imperialists in WWII, with their code of Busido, hundreds of American and British POWs beheaded with samauri swords, kamikazes.

The difference this time is that we don't have the fortitude to fight a dirty war.

It is Wednesday morning, 10:00 AM and the lead story on the radio is about "leash girl"--her interview wherein she stated that she was only following orders. ABSOLUTELY no mention whatsoever of this story! Incredible! So move on folks, this story is a "non-story" to the liberal media and they continue their onward march with the American "prison" story which really is much more important--My God the man had a pair of panties on his head! Much more offensive in their view than a man whose head was hacked off! /sarcasm off

Where is the liberal outrage over Nick Berg?

Directed at Bush and at us, of course.

"The Iraqis are NOT terrorists. They may have us terrified, but that is not the same thing. They did NOT come to our country and kill us. WE went to THEIR country and killed THEM."

"Let me put it this way: they have the right to do any damn thing they please with any one of us they catch. WE ARE INVADERS. WE ARE OCCUPYING THEIR NATION. WE ARE THE BAD GUYS."

"They killed Berg without torturing him first? That was a demonstration of their humaneness. It could have been MUCH worse. It WILL get MUCH worse."

"You know what Iraqi history books will call your "terrorists"? Patriots. Freedom fighters. All the things we thought we were."

"Because I'm too busy being outraged over the thousands of dead Iraqi civilians."

Sad and pathetic, isn't it? Actual posts from the other side.

Idiots ... they should keep their self-hatred to themselves and quit trying to force it on the rest of us through political means. That would solve a LOT of our problems.

hero...is way out of line.

He faced a gruesome and recorded death at hands of terrorists. His only crime was that he tried to help Iraqi people. He did it alone, voluntarily, and unarmed.

He's a hero in my book.

Well, from that angle, you are probably right.

Where is the rage Mr. Kennedy?

Rage from Kennedy about the beheading of an American citizen that he didn't know or even knew that he existed?
Do you really expect rage from a man that "went for a swim" while his pregnant mistress drowned in a submerged car that he drove into the water?
The only rage I can associate Mr. Kennedy with is rage at running out of his favorite booze.

I think its time for the "Arab Street" to have a little more concern over the anger of the "American Street".

Yeah, right...unfortunately, no one (including our own mainstream media) gives a damn what the "American Street" thinks unless it's critical of the Bush Administration. This endorsement of the "Arabs good, Americans bad" mentality is pathetic but typical.

One question, though...Does anybody really believe, in this day and age, this country would "remember the Alamo" or "remember Pearl Harbor" as in past generations? Not likely...hell, most of the people in this country have already forgotten 9-11 unless, of course, there are political points to be made.

Somehow, it's becoming increasingly hard to be proud to be an American. Sad, isn't it?
