Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., ... said Monday that he didn't think it was a good idea to investigate Sen. John Kerry's admission that he committed war crimes in Vietnam. Probably because he knows Kerry was talking out of his ass in '71. Why waste money and time on a hoax? Besides, it cuts into McLame's TV time.

What he is really worried aout is that the story about his work with Kerry on the Viet Nam POW issue might get investigated. Seems McCain and Kerry threw out a report that there were still missing POW's in Nam when the US signed the trade deal with the Vietnamese. Kerry threatened one guy 'You will be sorry you were ever born if this gets out' or something to that effect.
