I am waiting for the Senate to announce that they will be turing middle eastern correctional facilities to insure that governments in the regions adhere to the high standards that they are enforcing on our own department of defense... (waiting until I am 102)

Les Brownlee - acting army secretary. Directed IG of army to examine procedures in detention facilities. Phase II will be defense facilities worldwide to establish standards. Must treat detainees humanely and must report abuse, adhere to basic standards and Army values. Army improving training for MPs, incorporating lessons learned. Mobile training teams to provide training. Army Reserves IG also studying. All must study at Intelligence School.
