The second link you posted seems to be a transcript of a Feb 4th, 2004 session of the Senate Armed Services Committeee. Not from today.
That is probably why the exchange wasn't in there. hehehe. I was reading from google and didn't pay attention to the date; google listed it as 3 hours ago. I'll check the other links.

Believe me, I wouldn't put it past the WP. That's why I went to the DOD website earlier, hoping to find the transcript. I didn't find it, but it might be there!
