This book has received much attention on FR. I post this interview from FPM due to FreeRepublic being mentioned.

Thanks for the post. This is a good read.
It looks like we will need the same spirit and activism we saw in 2000 in the coming months.

It may be necessary. But I sure hate to think that '04 will be a replay of 2000.

I think you are probably right. FREEPERS get yourselves appointed to the poll watchers. Have your cell phones and Fox News, FreeRepublic, etc. numbers handy for any breaking news. We have to stop them from trying to steel ANOTHER election. They are so desperate this time maybe even more so than 2000. After all everything for Hillary Clinton is riding on this election. If she survives this one I would hate to think what she has in store for this country. She couldn't afford to let anyone know that she was running the country for eight years but this time she will be the one trying to get elected. GOD HELP THIS COUNTRY IF SHE EVER BECOMES PRESIDENT!

Good post. I've heard some of these things, but I wasn't fully aware of the Hildabeast's Gestappo tactics. That floored me.
I know that evil people like her exist, but I always try to find the good in people, where possible. Stories like this make it harder to think that there ever was ANYTHING good in HitLIARY and that her soul is rotted on the inside.
God forbid that she ever be crowned quee . . . er, elected president.

My brother read the book in one sitting. I'm a little slower. It is an easy read. It does bring back a lot of nightmares..

Good advice. I'm glad to be in the lower 48 this time around.
(I think Gore came in third in Alaska 2000)

I am not stationed there any more, but the Alaskans want ANWR to be open to drilling. It is great for the economy and the environment will be protected. Heck, it would create a number of environmental science jobs up there just to monitor it.
By the way, Canada gets alot of oil near ANWR but on their side of the border. They are very good at monitoring biological and environmental impacts.
Good for Alaska and Good for USA.

That's exactly what our friends say who live there. They would LOVE to have us drill. I don't understand why the people who LIVE IN THE STATE don't get to decide what is good for them. Liberals are so darn smart. I'm sure they know more than the citizens of Alaska. /sarcasm

The pipline runs right through the area I used to live. The moose would use it for shade. The caribou frolick about it as well.

"In September 1998, the Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times sued Jim Robinsons FreeRepublic.com for copyright violation. Like most message board operators, Robinson allowed users to post full-length newspaper articles on his discussion forum. However, unlike other message board operators, Robinson one day found himself deluged by cease-and-desist orders from Times Mirror, Dow Jones, Reuters and other leading news organizations. According to the Washington Weekly, the attack on FreeRepublic was coordinated by Debevoise & Plimpton a law firm used by the Clintons and the Democratic National Committee." "When Jesse Jackson came to Florida to incite racial unrest, the Freepers shouted him down at a major rally and sent him packing. "I was there with my friend, Errol. It was great. Jesse and the rest of the Democrat House Plantation, got no respect at all. They kept sending out minions to offer a prayer to quiet everyone down, but we'd just start up again. After a couple of tries we didn't even stop for the fake, God abusing, hustlers. There were about 10-15 freepers. One of the best days of my life. There's nothing like the look of fear in a Democrat's eyes. It's great.
