This shouldn't surprise anyone in America. Howard Stern and 'Gay Days" at Disney.Just a everyday thing in America today. Our morals and values are starting to show the world how America has deteriorated.

That's just it --- this is liberal America --- we're reaping what we've sown --- liberal America has promoted homosexual acts --- what's wrong with sodomy? The liberals would tell you it's a completely normal sexual choice. Howard Stern and Jackass are all about freedom after all --- and the liberals gave us a president who sodomized the young interns and definitely took advantage of his power --- and that was perfectly fine with the liberals and the media.

What is clear is that the status quo cannot stand.

If we are to proceed, what should we do now?

Should we:

--carpet bomb the country of Iraq out of existence?

--ignore this issue, and offer no further information nor corrective action?

--determine that winning the hearts and minds of Arabs is a lost cause, and begin a phased withdrawl from Iraq immediately, and leave them to their own devices and internal problems?

Is that soap on the guy's arm?

Do these clothes look like the red jumpers the prisoners usually wear?

I suspect the real caption to this photo would read:
Look mom, I can pick out my fiance from a lineup.

> Somebody close to the investigation is leaking.
Look to the lawyers representing these people.

I would think this would be a JAG trial. I'm not sure discovery applies the same way as in a civilian trial. Plus, JAG lawyers tend to be a whole lot less scummy.

I for one am PROUD of what these soldiers were willing to put themselves through to get these pictures. These pictures humiliate the Arab man and that is fine by me.

A. Stop apologizing.

B. Continue to fight the war.

C. Investigate any abuses.

It's pretty simple stuff.

I wish everyone would stop using quoting the Geneva Convention , these guys ARE NOT COVERED BY IT.

Have a look here.

Geneva Convention Index

They are not prisoners of war as they belong to NO army, they belong to NO organized resistance group, they are NOT even considered guerrillas, at best they are spies and saboteurs, and can be treated any way the prior regime could

( IE:you can't have a death Penalty if the ousted/defeated government didn't have one)

Don't give me this "We are better than them stuff"

During the Normandy invasion in WWII the Allied paratroopers took no prisoners,as they had no provisions for detaining them, they were shot and left behind.

Care to depict them as WAR CRIMINALS?

I don't give a rats a$$ what happens to these scum. The pictures should not have been published and give grave comfort to the enemy.

The POS jornalist who ran with this should be shot for treason.
Give the guards a cookie.
Have you forgotten ???

/rant off

The lib\lackey media will continue to "find" or manufacture this stuff until the public stops knee jerking over it.

I don't even object to softening them up for interrogation but I do draw the line at the perps seeming to enjoy it so much.

However, the American people need to get a grip. Just as you and I aren't murderers, rapists, pedophiles or embezzlers but some Americans are - these aren't the actions of our brave military but only the actions of some of them.

The mooselimbs and liberal media have finally found something to push our buttons. Talk about war on the cheap. Of course put a stop to this s/m crap and punish the perps but please stop reacting like it's the end of the world. It ain't.

Really..

I'm really POed... this is a detrimental to the war effort as a loss of a aircraft carrier. People are reveling in it.

This is not a game, the press are playing with fire
This is about the continuation of the western civilization and our way of life
This is no joke, and the press is acting like it's some local election hijinks

"...... Why would anyone submit to being photographed like this?......"

Quick story: Many years ago at my place of employment we all got together for a batchelor party for one of our co-workers at another co-workers house. Someone had the bright idea of spicing the evening up by hiring a stripper. I won't go into the gory details except to say everyone got quite drunk and had a GREAT time!!!! During all this someone else had a camera and took pictures to document all the FUN everyone was having.

The next day at work some of the pictures were passed around to show other co-workers just what they had missed out on. A few had the stripper being fondled in a VERY compromising position by a married co-worker. The embarassed man ran around desperately (once he found out what all his co-workers were whooping-it-up about) trying to round up all the prints and asked for the negatives.

Now ask yourself THIS question: Why would anyone submit to being photographed like this?

Abuse yes, but it was not torture. Iraqi prisoners dressed up in women's underpants, and made to form a naked human pyramid. Wow!! That is Shocking! Unbelievable! Inhumane! I can't sleep thinking about these poor Iraqis.

BINGO:

Not only should the soldiers (using the term loosly for those who did this crap) have the book thrown at them, but so should their commanding officers. There is no way this could have been totally unknown to them.

What's the problem with abusing the enemy? We need to use them for information and once we have that, shoot them.

There's not one thing in these pictures that anyone who supports our efforts against state sponsored terrorism should find objectionable. The photos don't faze me in the least. Seen a whole lot worse.

If Maplethorpe had taken the photos they would be art and the left would be estatic over them. Our taxes would go to pay for them. However, they are photos of people the United States is at war with and, thus, are barbarism.
