They're probably all from Carter's administration.

Aye what better indicator could there be of the sterling character and righteous policy of President George W. Bush than to have a mob out of Foggy Bottom marching on him with daffy effigies a'burning and collars stick-pinned.

Let's take a poll: which "letter' will make more news today, this one or the "Kerry is Unfit To Be Commander-in-Chief" one?

If they are a 501c3, someone in DC ought to get a copy of their 990. I think you have to request it in person, then pay a small fee to get a copy of it. It's amazing that they are a non-profit tax exempt organization and definitely should not have American in their name.

They champion the leftist agenda.

So, the same people who created the cesspool that is the Middle East and kept it that way are upset with the President. Seems to me he should be the one upset for having to clean up their mess.

Something I noticed during my Navy days was the enormous "cultural" difference between Department of Defense (DOD) and and Department of State (DOS).
DOD personnel believed in; absolutes, action, integrity, and solutions.
DOS personnel believed in; infinite moral gradations, dithering, and perpetuating the situation.
It was no accident that DOD personnel were overwhelmingly conservative/Republican while DOS personnel were overwhelmingly liberal/Democrat.
Every President and every citizen should observe very carefully what our "diplomats" are actually doing. What we see may be shocking.

I'm late on this thread, but
The former US diplomats complained that President Bush's approach is losing the US "credibility, prestige and friends".
So, their teaparties have been disrupted?
