No actually I am even wierder than that ... I would call it WW V ...
5 wars for universal concepts of Governance to pitted empires and alliances representing those models against eachother:
WW I was French Rev/ Napoleonic Wars (Nationalism asserted)
WWII was WW I (democracy v. autocracy/monarchy)
WWIII was WW II (war against fascism)
WW IV was Cold War (war against Communism)
WW V is GWOT (War Against Islamofascism)
Is that confusing enough????
