And what was the name of the book ? I had it and loaned it out but never got it back. Also it was stated that where formerly these waivers could only be granted by State, Ron Brown was appointed head of Commerce and then the authority was transfered to Commerce. Loral and Hughes were involved in the guidance technology given to the Chicoms. Then Ron Brown-Arkancide ? Help me out here, I want to get that book again.
