Yes, it worked out SO well for the Dixie Chicks, when they chose to go overseas to criticize the President. Hillary certainly picks successful precedents to follow! /sarcasm>

I regret that this sad, megalomaniacal excuse for an American chose to do this because it will put our fighting men and women in further danger and give aid and comfort to our enemies and the enemies of freedom.

But the upside is, she is showing who she is and what her priorities are for the world to see, Americans in particular.

And even after years of leftist influence in government, in the media, in academia and in general, I trust that Americans will still know a steaming pile of crap with they see it, smell it and step in it. I am betting we won't forget when she takes the next step in her plan for more far reaching power.

[ Sen. Clinton delivered the unprecedented attack in an interview with the London-based Arab daily Asharq al-Awsat on Monday, with newspapers from Tehran to Islamabad picking up her harsh words almost immediately. ]

Good things happen to good people sometimes.
..Just lovely.. Make a lei of this hang it around her neck and force her to wear it for the next 12 years, this interview. A more obvious bit of sedition could'nt be clearer. Care and comfort of an enemy. Not THE enemy but an enemy. The democrat party is THE enemy. For without them the islamics would be sueing for peace, and fighting the terrorists themselves to appear civilized. But the republican party is being comprised too.. and will be if its not recognized. The being a unite'er and not a divid'er policy is a ruse for bi-partisanship which will never happen. The enemy is laughing all the way to the voteing booth on that one.

..The U.S. has much greater problems than the islamic terrorists. Much greater. A domestic political party is openly fighting a multi-front WAR agaisnt their own people. The ONLY felony in the U.S. that is presently LEGAL is TREASON. And few there are that will say it. The King has no clothes senario EXACTELY.. Like in that senario all that has to be done is to verbally risk speaking the TRUTH.. Americans the poor babies are SCARED tho.

The "New York Liberal Left" saw fit to elect her and is entirely responsible for giving her 'power w/out any merit'. The fact that she sits on the Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC which among other things FYI, members "...have the power to confirm or reject the promotions of all flag officers and high-level Pentagon officials...have inordinate influence on the selection of the next generation of three- and four-star generals and senior leaders of the Departments of Defense and all the services---) is the oxymoron of the Millennium.

I am not surprised. What would surprise me is if the media and the public in general took her to task.

Bush Policies Endangering Mideast Stability: Hilary Clinton

BEIRUT (AFP) -- Former US first lady Hillary Clinton said the "stubborn" policies of President George W. Bush's administration were endangering stability in the Middle East, a daily reported Monday.

The New York Democrat senator told the London-based Arab daily Asharq al-Awsat that the Bush administration had not been "frank" with the American people concerning the human and financial costs in Iraq.

Clinton said the Bush administration did not have a plan for Iraq and did not have a full understanding of the situation there.

She said the United States was in trouble because it could not abandon Iraq, nor provide enough manpower to run the country, nor gather world allies willing to provide the necessary assistance for the gigantic task.

She described the Bush administration as "stubborn and arrogant" for refusing to admit its mistakes which were endangering US soldiers, Iraqis and stability in the Middle East.

Clinton said the June 30 deadline for handing over sovereignty to the Iraqis was a "last chance" not to be missed.

going so far as to accuse the President Bush of endangering the lives of U.S. troops

Imagine a politician in Nazi Germany during WWII saying the US was in a quagmire and endangering lives of American soldiers.

Never happened...was unheard of.

She's employing leftist Vietnam-era tactics.

I hope Brit Hume has this on his show tonite.

"Referring to the Bush Administration policies as arrogant and insolent," Mehr said, "the wife of the former U.S. president further added that Bush is not willing to admit his mistakes in Iraq, the grave mistakes that have endangered the lives of both the Iraqi people and the U.S. servicemen alike."

Arrogant and insolent. I see Hitlery is projecting again. I wish we still had laws against high treason :-(
