Just a note regarding dry run and suitcases:

Before 911, dry run was done in April...roughly 6 months before actually event. Does this mean that it takes roughly 6 months to set up a terror event, or since the elections are coming, will dry runs be accelerated...could actual event occur in less then 6 months?

I thought a dry run actually happened the week before. Remember the actor on a flight from Boston to LA reported suspicious activity to the FBI.
