Two Chinese diplomats, away from their Los Angeles consulate improperly, recently sped their vehicle past a Los Alamos National Laboratory guard post near classified facilities in what U.S. officials think was an intelligence mission, The Washington Times has learned.

Shortly after that there was the big truck strike and lots of shooting, dropping of bricks off overpasses and lots more that I don't even recall, only the fact that it was ugly.

I don't doubt that for a second. Also, in the military its not anything like being in the outside world. Everyone is part of the group. Many there are also very young and very impressionable. Their lives are now tainted and when they return home, they will be ridiculed and tormented after they are punished. It could have happened to any of them. I wonder if this would have happened if they had not been kept in Iraq for a prolonged period? There have been suicides and some are undoubtedly at the breaking point.

Good one! One of my brothers had a pet mouse when we were kids. He named the mouse "Cat Food".

The plot involved killing a number of Kalispell and Flathead County officials including the chief of police, the county attorney, district court judges and Flathead County Sheriff Jim DuPont.

Our police chief just retired a few months back. He moved to Kalispell to start a new life in the real estate business. I don't think this is what he had in mind for his new home.

I had to quit feeding the birds here because my husband said they were just bait for the cats ;x

Mind you! The cats never caught one but I stopped before they could, it was inevitable... lots of doves here... they bring me lizards instead of birds. Nothing like trying to chase down a lizard on a carpeted floor. I've learned to herd them to the hardwood. They can't seem to move as fast for some reason.

Quite a long read at that link granny, but well worth it. I found it interesting about the school in Wyoming that had to provide a place for the 2 islamic students to pray. Gee, silly me. Thought they took prayer out of school.....

I saw this big silver board looking thing of like a piece of the plane flying I said oh my god that's not supposed to happen, Immediately I seen a ball of fire come out the back of it and the guy went straight up...

That sounds like a heat seeking missile going for the engine of the F-15. A Stinger missile uses infrared targeting and has a max altitude of 11,000 ft. If the aircraft was making an approach at 5,700, it would have no way to evade a Stinger.

It sure sounds odd to me Myrddin. I kept listening to the audio tape over and over, Whitey, who gave the interview had a good ole southern accent (NO OFFENSE INTENDED) which I've not heard for years. What I typed is exactly what I heard him say. Definately didn't sound like a bird. I've not seen a silver board looking bird before.

Someone else on the thread mentioned some missles, I believe, that were missing up around Oakland. Wouldn't be that difficult to move them across country.
