I worry about the end results of the breakdown of civil discourse.

Thank you for your report. I have printed it out for two priests to see and will be sending this URL to another.

You are 100% on target. Bishop Sheen said he knew when there were souls in his audience under the thrall of Satan by their reaction when he would talk about the Cross. Fr. Corapi mentioned Bishop Sheen last night when he was speaking about sacramentals. He heard Bishop Sheen tell the following story. Bishop Sheen was on a plane on his way to a speaking engagement. The flight attendant offered him lunch. He said, "no thanks, I'm fasting for Lent."
He noticed that the woman next to him also declined. "Are you fasting for Lent too?" "No," the woman replied,"I'm a witch, and I'm fasting for abortion."
Fr. Corapi's point: the dark side inverts sacramentals. They have their own perverted version.
Which brings me to some things I've seen at pro-life marches. In one march a group of people waved a 20-foot inflatable penis around in front of a group of 50 nuns who were praying. At another march, a group of men (who looked like derelicts and must have been satanists) were holding signs which said, "Kill Jesus," "Eat Babies," "Kill Babies." There were cursing and blaspheming.
I'm sure they were there yesterday. Perhaps the most frightening form of possession is "perfect possession." These people welcome possession, so show no outward signs of it.

"What a brave priest! Too bad it's not on film so that these people can be shown to be the hate-filled anti-Catholic bigots that they are."
Did not see much of this on the news - maybe this is why. What incredibly horrible people; but we know that.
Do think it is more than anti-Catholic hate they are sharing; it is anti-God; anti-Christian as well.
Any picts at all of these folks. . .surely brings a fresh appreciation of those 'Kerry' people. Could share them with those 'middle American', who have Kerry stickers on their car. . .and no clue.

I'm not a deeply religious man ... that being said ... I can tell the "dark side" when I see it.

"I have to march because my mother could not have an abortion." The thought that HER mother might have aborted here is almosr reason to join in the march.

The elite press tries to depict anti-abortion picketeers as "unwashed "and irrational. They never seem to see the types who march in the pro-choice parades.

My sister used to belong to a pro-life group that would
say the Rosary every Saturday in front of the (now closed)
Genesee Hospital, where abortions were performed. She showed me a video tape of one of the Rosary gatherings and the demonstration of NOW/Planned Parenthood and other feminist groups across the street and the vulgar behavior of the NOW/Planned Parenthood crowd was shocking. I've been around and am not easily shocked, but I was amazed at the evil behavior and hate displayed by those people. I guess I'm not surprised at what you reported about the way Father Reynolds was abused at the Pro-abortion March. Evil/satan rearing its' ugly head!

I heard Fr. Corapi tell that Bishop Sheen story as well last night, I tried to search the internet for more information on the story but was unable to find any since I found it so troubling-
