Well, then, who maintained the log? And who reported the tape's existence and witnesses' testimony to them?

Surely, the Secret Service logkeeper wasn't simply recording flights of fancy...

Yes, I find it slightly suspect given the enormity and importance of this investigation....

Such a statement or evidence would be critical. Did they know of this log/statement, or was it revealed during the McViegh trial?
