Fact -- finding his office buried in faxes like this from the pubic on Monday morning puts a lot of pressure on a Congressman -- but it helps that he is already sympathetic.

Fact - he can 'huff & puff', but he won't be able to 'blow the commission down'. Linchpin, or not. No one in DC has the power to shut the commission down & it ain't gonna happen. We are all going to have to deal with that bit of 'reality'.
