There's so much info out there to read and waiting for the same-ole same-ole to load gets tiresome.

You can turn off the loading of the graphics entirely. In internet explorer do Tools > Internet Options > Advanced, then scroll down to "multimedia" and uncheck the show images box. You'll get a placeholder (red X?) for the images and can then right click on them to "show image", if you want to see an image.

Thanks for the info. Most graphics are very good, I wouldn't want to miss them. Duplicates on every thread seems to be the problem discussed here. My computer is so old and temperamental, I don't ask it to do anything extra for fear it will sulk and quit completely. Thanks again!
