Do you say the same thing when people get SARS or smallpox or ebola or malaria or any number of other diseases caused by microorganisms?

We can all praise the Lord that this "industry" has been forced to temporarily halt production.

Does this not make you happy?

We can all praise the Lord that people in this "industry" are forced to acknowledge how wretched and destructive their "industry" is. This is a wondeful thing.

Who would not be happy at that?

Why are you NOT happy with this development? What is wrong with you?

Those diseases arrive regardless of one's chosen behavior.

The delight is not in persons having contracted AIDS, the delight is in:

1) seeing the death and destruction of extremely immoral behavior highlighted in the news as a warning and reminder to all

2) seeing the "actors" forced to face the reality that their business is an evil cesspool with wretched rewards - and hopefully (as a result) leaving the "industry"

3) seeing the pornography "industry" suffer financially

If a person CHOOSES to engage in a "Lifestyle" or activity that is self destructive and bad, should I feel sorry for them?

How do you feel about someone that is obese, smokes, does't exercise and lives off of McDonalds? I do feel pitty for a person with failing health such as this, as I do feel sorry for the individual with AIDS (even if self induced). Yet you should realize that there is a HUGE difference between someone who contracts an illness out of no self wrong doing and someone who gets sick because they CHOSE to do that in light of warnings and taboos and even legal restrictions. This person killed himself just as someone does that puts a gun to his head. No difference. It's NOT societies fault! It's not the parents fault. There is no school teacher or anyone else to blame. He CHOSE to do this for money and sex despite people telling him it's dangerous, not morally right and and and. Now he will die slowly and miserably. I feel sorrow for the suffering he and his family will endure out of his OWN poor decisions.

Those diseases are not typically spread by misbehavior.

I don't because those diseases are not caused by risky behavior.

Funny how all the AIDS activists/pacifiers keep calling for more federal funding to cure the only disease that can be eliminated simply by behavior modification.......

Tell me you'll start keeping your pecker in YOUR OWN Pants and I might start to sympathize with you........
