The Pubbies on the commission are old, worn out RINO's who just want to "get along". Bush made a mistake not appointing at least one pit bull who could bite back once the Rats started their partisan crap.

hopefully this is gonna explode and totally discredit the so-called 9/11 commission today. It already has with everyone but the partisan media. It's become a laughing stock. The way the partisan media give it credit makes me laugh sooo hard my stomach hurts.

I think that Kean is being played by Gorelick, even though she is a lesbian.

I don't believe that Bush directly appointed the members. It was more likely a congressional thing, iirc. But you are right about the Republican members, they are all toothless old guys who don't realize that politics is war for the Demos and they'll say and do anything to win. It was incredibly stupid of whoever appointed Kean to have picked such a weakling who is so easily pushed around.

These are some incredible finds and documentation.
We hope that Rush, Sean and other conservative talk show hosts pick this up and spread the word.
Then hopefully Drudge and Fox News will spread the word.

The Bush administration didn't want Rep bulldogs on the board. He is very happy that it is filled with Clintonistas.
This is part of his, "let them talk themselves out of the election" strategy.
If I was Bush, I would start focusing on the ties that bind the RATS on the commission and start making a play for their seats. Daschle is a good example. I would like to see what other RAT senators are associated with the commission and start hammering them.
The goal isn't the presidency. The goal is to get as many senate seats as possible to create a filibuster proof majority. Then you change policy.

It will.
Thomas Kean just had his "let them eat cake" moment.
If he wanted this to go away, he should have shut his cake hole.
