It is the only thing that makes sense. This bunch never did anything that did not affect them personally.

I doubt that we will ever find out exactly what caused them to build a wall but there had to be a specific reason. Would have to know what investigation was going on during that time frame.

Could have been campaign fundraising, selling secrets to China, or those FBI files, Whitewater, who knows but the Clintons had their fingers in everything.
