Gorelick and Ben Veniste should be removed from the commission. They probably aren't the only ones, but that would be a good start. Gorelick should be one of those being put in the hot seat, quite frankly, as she was there during the 'feckless' Clinton administration.

I still can't understand how someone who was part of the Clinton administration can be on the panel. The Clinton administration is being questioned. Gorelick was the deputy attorney general. Surely, she knew of the various actions or non-actions taken regarding terrorism. She also worked as counsel at the DOD.

Let's see, what do you think would have happened if Louie Freeh or John Ashcroft were appointed to the committee?

Will Gore-lick recuse herself next week when the commission questions Janet Reno? Gore-lick was #2 under Reno at the DOJ.
