Geraldo has been blasting the 9/11 Commission, Ted Kennedy, and the attacks on Rice. Says the idea that the WTC could be blamed on "one smart black chick" is absurd. Says that the whole thing is destructive in a time of national emergency!

Geraldo's comments are very insightful. It shows the depth of feeling that caused him to jump back into the war correspondent role. Often he has been framed as an ambulance chaser or opportunist, but who can say that effectively in hearing his comments about his own kids questions and the importance of those things that are happening now.

Did you see Geraldo launch into his "I have a dream" spiel on FOX a little bit ago ? Basically it was that he thought that Bush and John Kerry would stand 'shoulder to shoulder' and say that they would BOTH fight the War on Terror the same and there is NO DIFFERENCE between the two on the issue. Man, did he ever look and sound stupid on that one ...
