This is unacceptable!!! I blame Mexico and India.We need a government program to insure that 100% of our citizens are above the median IQ level."

You make me laugh. I can assure you XBob that even if we shipped out all Americans who fell below the median IQ, if you measured the IQ of everyone who was left, you'd find that somehow 50% were once again below the median.
