Deal with reality dude, it is NOT now nor has it EVER BEEN the President of the United States job to make sure you or any other American has a job. Corporations exist ENTIRELY to make profit, they are not now nor have they ever been in the business of worrying about the country. If a company can't make a profit in America then it is their DUTY to find someplace else to make a profit.

Exactly!!! Well said. It's also not a citizens duty to overpay for a lower quality product just because it's made in America by a grumpy union worker.

The issue often isn't whether the business can sustain itself (which it obviously must run a profit to do), it's how much money it can make in the short term. But at what cost? The cost is not just in US jobs, it's in feeding this or that corrupt regime.

----

Section 8.
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

MEANING – WE, THE PEOPLE GRANT, CONGRESS THE RIGHT TO LEVY AND COLLECT TAXES, NOT THE EXCUTIVE BRANCH.

Right, so Algores telephone tax is illegal.

To regulate commerce with foreign nations,

MEANING – WE, THE PEOPLE, GRANT CONGRESS THE RIGHT TO REGULATE COMMERCE, NOT THE EXECTUVE BRANCH, OR THE UN
