I wish Condi had mentioned that the Chuch Commission in 1775-1976, run by many of the same 'rats who are still anklebiting, is the primary reason that the the FBI and CIA haven't been able to cooperate for decades.

Pray for W's victory!

Wow! Did the Church Commission start in 1775? I really didn't think I was that old!

According to the liberal plotline, the Bush administration knew that attacks were coming and failed to act.

Based on Condi's performance before the commitee, the liberals got what they wanted: Condi knew the dems on the commitee were going to attack her, and she thwarted them.

She reduced them to the simpering, whiny, sighing, effeminate, begging men that characterize the Dem party.

You of course are correct. However the Senator Frank Church did manage to castate the Human Intel capabilities of the CIA and FBI.

Oh yeah, I believe one of the conclusions by the staff of the 9-11 Comission is that if the Patriot act was in place prior to 9-11-01 the terriorist assault could have been prevented.

My favorite part of the hearing was when Kerry started whining, "It's not fair, it's just not fair...." What an ass.

Dr. Rice said they acted the best they could given the information they had at the time. As I recall this is the same justification Bob Kerry gave for shooting a bunch of unarmed women and children in Viet Nam.

Memo to Commissioner Richard Ben-Veniste: The last Democrat who sighed, rolled his eyes and shook his head when he didn't like what he was hearing was Al Gore in his catastrophic debate with George W. Bush. Not a good role model.

Actually, it was Ted "the swimmer" Kopechne during the last SOTU address. Still, not a good role model.

The 9-11 Commission is a sad reflection of the country! Like it or not, we are populated with an evil element that cares more for their acquisition and retention of political power than the security and well-being of our country.

I would like to see someone ask this committee a few questions!

1)What would your response have been if on Sept.10.01 the president would have closed all airports and stopped all flights until further notice!?!?!?

2)What would your response have been if on Sept.10.01 the president would have announced that Al Queada was planning an attack on U.S. soil and therefore we will be initiating an all out war on terrorism.

3)What would your response have been if on Sept.10.01 the president would have announced that since we are in a war we would be attacking first the terrorists and also any country who's regime supported them. this meaning Afghanistan/Taliban and Al Queada/Osama.

This Commission has been a joke!

As an American, what I want to know is...

- HOW did each of these 19 hijackers get in this country?
- WHEN (exact dates) did each of these hijackers get in this country?
- WHO helped each of these 19 hijackers get in this country?
- WHO, HOW, WHEN, and IF any of these 19 hijackers were tracked by anyone BEFORE and AFTER they got in this country?
- AND....WHAT, WHEN, HOW FAR, did ANY SPECIFIC INFORMATION on any of these 19 hijackers get through the chain of command?

THESE ARE THE QUESTIONS I AM WAITING TO SEE IF THIS COMMISSION HAS ASKED.

Dr. Rice's performance was nothing short of spectacular. She marched in to that room with the 9/11 commission, assumed control and never let that control go until she stood up and walked out after testifying. Proof, once again lies can not and will not ever beat out the truth.

On a side note, I have now lost respect for the members of the 9/11 commission. I will from now on have questions and doubts as to the validity and truth of the findings they produce due to their obvious and unmistakable partisanship. They all have behaved as Jackasses, pouting and throwing fits because they did not hear what they thought they were going to hear and didn't trip Dr. Rice up.
Dr. Rice is a true lady, she has conducted herself with honor and integrity. Thankfully Dr. Rice is a bigger person than this, but had she walked up to Bob Kerry and slapped his face he would have had it coming after his demonstration.

We are all falling for the fake arguement and line of questioning on this 9-11 issue that the RATS and the COMMISSION are pushing, namely.."WHAT DID THE PRESIDENT AND HIS ADVISERS KNOW BEFORE THE ATTACK?", which pre-supposes the idea that THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN FACTS and FAILED TO ACT on them.

The real issue is...

- WERE THESE HIJACKERS TRACKED BY THE CLINTON ADMINISTRATION WHEN THEY CAME IN?

- IF NOT? THEN WHY NOT?

- IF YES? THEN DID THEY CONVEY THIS TO THE INCOMING BUSH ADMINISTRATION?

Everyone knew that this commission was politically motivated, so why did Bush agree to convening it prior to the election in November?

That's a mystery to a lot of us.
Bob Kerrey certainly solidified his position as a more than a little racist partisan prick yesterday.

"Everyone knew that this commission was politically motivated, so why did Bush agree to convening it prior to the election in November?"

As I recall, Bush said that the commission was not needed. He knew as well that it was a political ploy, but he also knew, imo, that to outright prohibit it would give the dims too much to squall about all the way to the election. By allowing it to proceed, hopefully it will be behind us before the election.

He also knew, that the dims would not be able to help themselves from being the partisan hacks that they are and expose themselves to anyone to half a brain.
