She is sucking up and grandstanding for a position.

She has (I missed the quote) reportetly admitted it shamelessly during a interview.

It would not surprise me if all the dems on the commission and the likes of Gary Hart and all the rest that are grandstanding now against the admin will be or are currently under concideration by the campaign.
