Up until that point, reports indicated that at least 30 Americans and more than 150 Iraqis were dead in the fighting for the city -- the scene of last week's brutal killings of four U.S. civilian contractors.Nice kill ratio. Need to bump it up to about 12/1 though.

I believe those 150 dead Iraqis are fighting *with* us, not *against* us, in which case 150 dead is tragic. Remember that the coalition is on the side of good Iraqis, and that there are a number of Iraqis fighting *with* us against *bad* Iraqis and other bad people.
I suspect the number of dead *bad* Iraqis is much higher than 150....
