A regional hotel chain in my area has a new radio ad. I was amused to hear the wording "we don't outsource our employees." Wouldn't it be great if this were to catch on with the bigger companies (like they give a rip what we think about them??).

As an FYI, as long as you are not calling the Spanish Desk or the FlyAAWay Vacation Desk, when you call American Airlines, you are talking to a REAL AA employee here in the United States, 24/7.....so far. I'll let you know if that changes but it will not be anytime in the near future.
