This guy needs an implanted GPS chip so we can keep track of him.

Take a look at what agents seized in the raid; a shotgun, ammunition and the most disturbing item special shotgun rounds that can be made into boobytraps.

"Normal shotgun shells have pellets inside or BB's, these have arrows, slivers of metal that can be shot into a body."

Like regular shot gun ammo (buck or slug) can't be shot into a body. What a bunch of idiots...

Hardly a cache.

These shotgun shells are simple Flechette shells, sometimes used by the Isreali Army, but most countries don't use them because they don't work real well.

Yeah, a real criminal genius -- get arrested, and goes home. Something tells me we're not getting the whole story here -- even in New England, a single shotgun and a case of flechette ammunition does not constitute a "cache". For that, you'd need at least the shotgun, plus a 10-22 and a couple of bricks of .22 lr.

Yeah, that always frustrates me when my 12-gauge shell pellets bounce off human flesh.

WHO THE HELL ARE WE HIRING INTO LAW ENFORCEMENT??? THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
