Foxnews host Bill O'Reilly just previewed his show. "Problems continue for the U.S. Military in Fallujah. Why doesn't the U.S. Military just go ahead and level it?"
I have to say that I agree with Bill. Level the place.

Surely you don't claim the appropriate solution is extermination of all civilians in proximity of terrorists? This thread is replete with exactly that.
Sickening.

Honey filled bombs followed by fire ant filled bombs. Then tape the screams of slow torture.

Waiting a day, during which time we get those tapes played over and over again on the media so the world knows why we're doing what we're about to do, is far mroe effective.Good luck getting the leftist media to show the pictures. Remember how fast they pulled the pictures of the Palestinians celebrating on 9/11?

I remember.
We'll get it out to the media somehow.

Honey filled bombs followed by fire ant filled bombs. Then tape the screams of slow torture. It's a good thing "cruel and unusual" doesn't apply. I like it.

What this city needs to see is a massive show of force. Tanks, aircraft and infantry... the works. Keep helicopters circling the city all hours. Shake the walls and rattle the windows. If you drop a MOAB, do it outside the city, but close enough that everyone can see the mushroom cloud that it leaves. And take the city leaders to tour the crater afterward.
I agree we should not be leveling a city filled with innocents. But they should see a very obvious and threating display of what they are up against... and any participant that can be identified should be rounded up and punished in the most public way possible.

Many seem to forget the America stands to protect innocent civilians everywhere - not kill them.
Indeed, we premised this war (in part) on Saddam's horrible crimes against his own innocent civilians. Now people call for the extermination of these same innocents, and claim that's just fine?
It's nauseating.

Vallely called it straight -- the only reason we're not going to level the place is because of politically correct concerns.
'PC' will be the letters on our grave.
That, and I think the upcoming presidential election is going to stay our hand as well.

The jihadists need killing.
To: Robe
That's a disgusting, horrible, sickening picture. Those who committed those horrible atrocities should - and will - face justice.
But don't confuse that justice with committing the same atrocity on a massive scale.

Best I've heard:
Well, I'm not sure what we do here. But I do know one thing. Whenever the locals look at that green bridge they will talk about what they did there. I suggest that we remove the bridge in a very very dramatic way. Make it invisible early in the AM. Forever.
Let the locals rebuild the bridge after they wake up!

... leveling the town because it opposes the United States would be like Saddam leveling a town because it opposed him. It's not because they "oppose" us. Check out the pictures on this site:

Then tell me you don't feel an urge for retribution.
