In 1986 President Reagan changed Daylight Saving Time from the last Sunday in April to the first Sunday in April. Just another of the many, many reasons to love him. I love the extra hour of sunlight in the evening.

While I agree with the start of DST, I would prefer that it end at the beginning of October rather than the current end of October.
Sunrise starts getting late (around 6:45am) when October rolls in.

I love the extra hour of sunlight in the evening.No DST in Japan. It's stupid in the summer when sunrise is at 4:30 and sunset is at 7:30.
