But that was done by "those people", "over there", and most of them are dead. It's cheap and easy to condemn them; requires no particular courage, intelligence, or intellectual honesty. Abortion is committed by our own friends, neighbors, and family. It's committed by "us", "right here", and condemning it requires acknowledging that our own beloved country has gone gravely wrong, that in this respect at least we are the bad guys.
This article contains a grave error, BTW. I quote:
"Abortion kills more blacks than all other leading causes of death combined."
Bullshit!!!! Who's this "Abortion" guy that's killing so many black folks? I wanna go kick his ass. But wait! "Abortion" isn't a person, it's an action: A pregnant woman deliberately and willfully killing her child in utero. Sure, she has the help of a hired killer, but she goes looking for him. So maybe we should be honest, and rephrase that.
"Black women kill more blacks than all other leading causes of death combined."
Now it' s real close to home; acknowledging the truth hurts. And that's why abortion isn't held in such widespread contempt. To do so would be to acknowledge that we, right here, are engaging in contemptible behaviour.
BTW, "whites" don't get off easy, here. If one third of a million abortions are committed annually by "blacks" in this country then two thirds of a million abortions are committed annually by "whites". Looks like in fact, we're all the same colour: red. Covered with the blood of our own slaughtered children.
May God grant us the Grace of repentance and conversion.
