It is a crime to fail to report a federal crime, but it's not against the law to discuss committing a crime if you don't take any steps toward doing it. Even if I saw you agree with someone to kill the President, I haven't seen the crime of conspiracy until one of you does something like purchase a gun or begin to implement the plan.

Laurence O'Donnell (spelling) is the guy. He went nuts. Trying to insist it was nothing but one nut case. Then he tried to insult the other speaker. Typical RAT!

I loved it! First of all, it is getting the attention it deserves. Second, the RATs can't defend it. And when it was mentioned that Kerry's troops are threatening witnesses, it adds more credence to the story.

True, that's why law schools exist. If it was simple everyone could pass the bar exam. As it is, quite a few law school graduates can't.
