1 lb. of Vermont Maple Syrup.
The hygromoter says it's about 11 1/2% abv.
I'm going to make this batch sparkle like champagne.

Be careful, as you can't taste the alcohol but it's gonna pack a punch. If the apricot ale we've got aging is ready I'll throw a bottle of that in as well.
