Richard Clarke says President Bush should have been able to prevent 9-11; that any answer but Iraq was the “wrong answer” about the 9-11 perpetrators; that Iraq was doing “nothing to threaten us” as we “stepped right into bin Laden’s propaganda” about invading for oil.


The real problem here is that so many people really belive it. They believe EVERYthing they see/hear on the major networks, and they will vote according to that. The liberals pander to those folks.

Mr. Clarke's arguments will not stand because Pres. Bush's plan is too successful. Can they make the case for a gentle sympathetic Saddam?
