Far as I know, the Libs didn't actually build atomic weapons- they were in the process of developing the facilities to build them. I think the reporter is an idiot.

Just checked the site- the first story says there are some scuds & other junk, plus nuclear development gear, but no nuclear weapons. Whoever wrote the headline for this story didn't read the first one.
