The article mentioned equipment associated with Libya's nuclear weapons program. Could be things like centrifuges, etc. BTW, GE Nuclear Energy recently moved their HQ to Wilmington. They already have a nuclear fuel processing facility there.

I'm confused. All the time people said Saddam had chemical weapons and a nuclear program, and now all the stuff we thought was in Iraq shows up in Libya. And Libya coughs it up as if it were junk cluttering up their garage.

Has anyone at all considered that Saddam might have transferred this stuff to Libya for safekeeping?
