CYBERTERRORISM!!!!!! This guy is in COMPLETE CYA mode. It was HIS job to prevent 9-11 and HE BLEW IT. Both the 8 years he worked for Clinton and the 8 MONTHS he worked for Bush prior to 9-11. This is just his way to shift blame for HIS failure from himself to Bush.
