I mean is CBS becoming the antiAmerica/antiBush channel or is it me. I will never turn to that channel again. Here we have Clark on putting all the blame on BUSH and not one critizism for the administration he worked for for 8 yrs..

Actually, Clarke did - he convinced the AF to use their drone to overfly Afghanistan looking for UBL. Then he convinced them to arm the thing with a warhead. It eventually crashed (shot down? who knows?) and the AF refused to allow anymore to be used by Clarke. He yelled at top brass, literally, for dragging their feet and this didn't go over well, according to Richard Miniter's sources in "Losing Bin Laden." It's a great book.

Far from being a fair and balanced interview. Hadley was not given the same opporutunity to comment on Clarke's accustations. Stahl paraphraased most of what he had to say. I wonder what was left out during the editing.

Clarke is the one who should be held responsible along with Clinton. They failed to act after being attacked multiple times over the 90's. UBL declared war against the US in 1998 with a long, rambling declaration.

Clarke is pushing his book to supplement his generous USG pension of at least 100K. CBS is owned by Viacom, which is pissed about the FCC cracking down on smut over the public airwaves. This was a calculated hit piece. I hope the White House responds directly and strongly about Clarke's comments. Kerry was given a huge free political ad.

Woolsey was there for Clinton's first 2 yrs. When Bubba came in, he wanted to "install" his own guy for top CIA legal post. Woolsey told him to stick it, as he was happy with the guy already there. Hence the cold shoulder for 2 yrs.

CBS was just full of excuses during the Clinton years. No criticism to be found. Nope. Anyone who criticized Clinton was mean-spirited, politically motivated, or over zealous.

Then you better turn your entire TV and radio off for the next week. Clarke will be all over tv the next few days. He's already scheduled to be on GMA tommorow morning and you can guarantee that that Katie Quoric will be sitting in his lap shortly thereafter. It's going to be ugly.

The media is hyperventilating over the so called expose but then have to acknowledge that Clarke is closely tied to the Kerry campaign.

The FNC apparently didn't find it necessary to have anybody on to counter Clark's drivel.

To go all the way the next thing is to disable all of the trash that is on Directv ( CNN etc. )

Password them, and forget the password, works great!!

That way you don't have to sell the TV ;O)

This is about as valid as the crap over the WTC pics. Probably right out of Frenchie's campaign.

He is getting a bit of air time, but 9/11 did happen under Bush's watch, not Clinton's.

Glad I missed it. I don't suppose anyone asked him why Clinton missed at least three chances to get Osama? I thought not.

How about removing classmates.com from my computer. Those dam popups from them that keep taking over my screen are really pissing me off.
