Hey, I felt the same way. I was afraid to have kids because of all the bad things going on, but we did it anyhow. We decided before ours were even 'in the oven' that they would never set foot in a public school.
We have our boys in a Wisconsin Synod Lutheran school and are VERY happy. I guarantee you there are no books like this in our school's library.
My kids also go to WELS schools and love it. My wife is the librarian at one of them and she knows about every book they have. I wish the government would just get out of the education business altogether.
