I spoke with Lipscomb yesterday. He has written for the Chicago Sun Times and NY TIMES. He is no right wing ideologue. He recently wrote a piece defending Kerry about his medals. He also did a piece on the phony AWOL story about Dubya. He expected to find a drunken rich kid with cocaine up his nose. Instead, he found that Bush did more than required and served honorably.

Is Lipscomb the NY Sun reporter?
It looks like he is somebody worthy of a lot of respect if he is doing stories defending Kerry on medals and defending Dubya's service. It shows he is not biased, which gives his facts and stories a lot more credibility.
