NEVER EVER POINT A GUN AT ANYTHING YOU DON'T INTEND TO SHOOT.
NEVER HAVE YOU FINGER NEAR A TRIGGER UNLESS YOU MEAN TO PULL IT!
NEVER LOAD A GUN UNLESS YOU INTEND TO SHOOT IT!
THis guy broke about every rule I can think of!

Boy, multiple failures here. 1.) having it loaded in the first place, 2.) obviously not being aware of where it was pointed, and 3.) pulling the trigger.
The employee should do jail time.
