That's exactly right. Selective prosecution is one of the most pernicious practices. It is a direct attack on 'Equal Justice for All', and is especially pernicious when it involves politics. IMO, any law which is not prosecuted, when broken, more than 25% of the time should immediately sunset.

I don't see much of a case for selective prosecution / double standard here - Rush's case
started w/ allegations from his maid who indicated that she'd obtained & sold him scrip drugs illegally.
No such allegations re: the judge have been made (yet).
