Schwartz suffered from numerous psychological and emotional disorders, including drug dependency, anxiety, panic disorder and sleeping disorder. No mention why he needed a pain killer for any of these.
Last fall, Limbaugh publicly acknowledged that he's addicted to pain medication and has completed a drug rehabilitation program.
He remains under investigation by Palm Beach County prosecutors for alleged doctor-shopping.
Nope. No bias here.

See, we're principled. So "they do it, too" isn't a legit response. This is a non-story. Either we execute as instructed by DC the WOD laws or we repeal them.

Unrelated to this, but maybe someone here knows the answer. Does anyone know where to go on the foxnews.com website to order a calendar? I can't find it anywhere! It's probably right in front of my face, but even their search engine doesn't help.

Oh, yeah. Great post. I love it!
Rush, don't get carried away with this today. You'll only come across looking mean and nasty. Just my opinion, anyway.

Another case of government officials violating the law and treated differently from the population as a whole.
Our government and elected officials are more crooked than the mafia. We apparently already live in a Communist Country!
This man was elected and took the same kind of oath Bill Clinton took with the same results but yet the government continues to harass Limbaugh not for a violation of the law but because of who he is. Retribution from the government sounds like NAZI GermanyOur Criminal Just-Us System is just that and is being run by criminals.

Last fall, Limbaugh publicly acknowledged that he's addicted to pain medication... once a tabloid brought the story public, and only after initially denying that he was an addict.
If the judge hadn't "volunraily retired" as the article indicates, wonder what would have happened? For the record, "voluntary retirement" typically means a person is given the option of retiring or facing some legal penalty. So, even based upon this story, if 100% true, it seems that the judge was offered retirement instead of prosecution. I could be wrong, but that's how it sounds.
And I do not believe in "doctor shopping" laws, thus IMO, neither the judge nor Rush should be attacked with such. Not bashing Rush here, just pointing out that this runmor from Drudge doesn't really mean a whole lot without further details.

Good news for Rush!
To: rockinonritalin
Considering the case against Rush is weak on substance, I don't know if he will come out of this unscathed, but I believe Rush is enjoying himself. As usual, he's having fun playing politics, in this case with Florida's liberal establishment. Go Rush go! LOL

News of the Palm Beach judge's ordeal appears to give credence to Limbaugh's claim that he is being selectively prosecuted. As if we needed more evidence that this is a selective political fishing expedition.

""He was severely addicted to prescription pain killers," an insider tells the DRUDGE REPORT. "He probably got them from a variety of sources. But unlike Rush Limbaugh, he was never prosecuted!"
... probably got them ??? - it appears this "insider" is speculating -
Limbaugh's search warrents were in part based on the statements by someone saying that THEY were his supplier, and other statements by the same source have been found to be valid.
Rush has NEVER denied obtaining drugs through this source.
... and Rush has not been prosecuted ( yet ) either...
