It was 130,155,000 as of the most recent report in January, 2004. That's a loss of 2,233,000 jobs -- not 2,900,000 as the ad states

That's assuming the labor market didn't grow at all in 3 years. To make up for the "missing" 700k that requires 20k people a month enter the labor market.
