The amendment leaves it entirely up to the arbitrary decision of the Attorney General (think Reno, not Ashcroft).

That was no accident.

He INTENDS to go after ALL centerfire ammo.

All they have to do is use Level I body armor as the "standard." All it protects against is .22 rimfire.

He and his ilk have not been successful going after the guns - so, they're going to go after the ammo that goes in them.

I agree. The stupid RINOs are going to 'trust' the wording of the law. The 'rat activist judges will take a case from an activist 'rat DA and ban all centerfire rifle ammo.

It'll be easy to find a gullible jury of sheeple, who will see that 30-30 going through a kevlar vest, and agree that the "deadly armor piercing cop-killer 30-30 ammo" (and all the rest) MUST be banned!
