Thanks fer that excellent link...I really like the way the momentum seems to be going and believe we can defeat the tax increase by getting it as a referendum!! Damn those Senate RINOs fer making us work so hard, though.

That was from Sen. Ken Cuccinelli. I got a really nice response from him today, also. If you go to his site, you can sign up for his e-mail newsletter. I did that last month and he has kept me posted on the tax debate at least weekly.

I wrote back to him this afternoon and told him that he has been the true hero in the effort to restore responsible government to Virginia and also told him that a group of us FReepers had lunch in downtown Richmond today and that when his name came up that we applauded his efforts on our behalf.

Have you noticed that the Representatives that agree with our no new tax request have replied with a nice letter?? And those that disagree, want our mailing addresses so they can tell if we are in their district before they answer??
