"Kerry Presidency Would Imperil National Security!!"

"Kerry would commit America to a law enforcement-style approach to terror. Under this approach, the September 11th attacks would be viewed as crimes, not acts of war. Not only is this a wholly irresponsible and indefensible position, it has been tried before and failed. The Kerry war against terror would take us back to the Clinton era, when America’s enemies gathered up arms unfettered and hatched schemes to kill our countrymen and women. Bill Clinton pursued the perpetrators of the attacks on the Khobar Towers and the USS Cole like a beat cop would pursue a petty street bandit. The result? The terrorist grew emboldened, brazen and increasingly hateful. John Kerry promise to mimic these efforts is an affront to the families who lost loved ones on that fateful day in September. John Kerry is not serious about fighting and winning the war against terror. He is not a serious candidate for President of the United States."

Furor Over Bush's 9/11 Ad

"The Bush reelection campaign yesterday unveiled its first three campaign commercials showcasing Ground Zero images, angering some 9/11 families who accused President Bush of exploiting the tragedy for political advantage. "It's a slap in the face of the murders of 3,000 people," said Monica Gabrielle, whose husband died in the twin tower attacks. "It is unconscionable." Gabrielle and several other family members said the injury was compounded by Bush's refusal to testify in open session before the 9/11 commission."

I bet the Administration can find some victim family members that are pleased with the ads and are thankful for Bush's skillful response to the attack. Meanwhile we need to keep pouring it on. It is obvious that this kind of reminder will hurt the opponent. I believe the campaign began in earnest today. Bring it on!!
